How to Apply for PLDT Home Fibr Plan?
Step 1: Go to the PLDT website at https://pldthome.com/fibr/switch
Step 2: Select which PLDT Home Fibr plan you want to subscribe, then click Apply Now.
Step 3: Enter your Location to find out if PLDT Home Fibr is available in your area.
- Choose whether you live in a house/apartment or condominium
- Enter your complete address or move the pin to your address to find PLDT Fibr coverage
- If PLDT Home Fibr is available in your area, you will see this confirmation
Step 4: Fill out the PLDT Home Fibr Application Form with all the required information.
Step 5: Attach a copy of your valid ID for faster processing of your application. See the image below for the list of valid IDs.
Step 6: Review the details of your application and the amount of your subscription plan, then click Submit.
Your application will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. Once your PLDT Fibr Coverage is verified or if they found out that there’s still an available slot for your PLDT Home Fibr connection in your area, they will give you a call for confirmation and your modem will be installed within 5-7 business days.
Please take note that In-house wiring set-up is not included in the installation of your internet service, so make sure to have your wiring provision ready before they go to your place.

The account name of the non-PLDT bill is a senior citizen already & unable to sign documents. Can the account name of the new PLDT subscription be assigned to a different person, say a family member?
