The public auctions for foreclosed properties WITH discount in Pampanga Branch will be held on July 5, 2019 at Shakey’s Maimpis, Mac Arthur Highway Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
A total of 391 Pag IBIG foreclosed properties in Pampanga, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, and Zambales will be available during the auction.

NCR Branch
There are also properties that will be available during the auction in NCR at the same venue as above but WITHOUT discount.
This auction without discount will be held on July 10 and 11, 2019.
A total of 482 foreclosed properties will be available at the auction. 227 units in Cavite will be available for auction on July 10 while 255 units in Bulacan, Laguna, Metro Manila, and Rizal will be available for auction on July 11.

The auction of Pag Ibig Foreclosed properties in La Union Housing Business Center will be held on July 31, 2019 at the Audio Visual Room, 4th Floor, Home Development Mutual Fund Bldg., Govt. Center, Sevilla, San Fernando City, La Union.
148 foreclosed properties La Union, Ilocos Norte, Benguet, Baguio City, and Pangasinan will be available during the auction.
Bacolod Branch
The auction of Pag Ibig Foreclosed properties in Bacolod Housing Business Center will be held on July 1, 2019 at the MO2 Westown Hotel, Smallville Complex, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
17 foreclosed properties in Iloilo City, Iloilo Province, and Antique will be available during the auction.
Pampanga Branch
The auction of Pag Ibig Foreclosed properties in Pampanga Housing Hub will be held on July 5, 2019 at Shakey’s Maimpis, Mac Arthur Highway Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
170 foreclosed properties in Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales will be available during the auction.
Some Reminders for Interested Buyers / Bidders
Please be reminded that the properties are being sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. You are encouraged to inspect or check the property first before tendering your offer.
Take note also that some foreclosed properties are still occupied. This is something that you should consider if you want to purchase properties.
If you’re really serious about acquiring properties or bidding at the auction, prepare enough money or at least 10% of the amount of the property that you want to purchase.
Never give your payment to brokers or agents for the reservation or down payment of the property that you want to acquire. They are not allowed to collect payments.
There are many properties that look interesting but do your own research first about the property and the location before you tender your offer.
