General Qualifications
- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or related field with excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).
- Applicants must have worked full-time for at least 5 years since 2011.
- Applicants must not have any relatives in any other provinces in Canada except Manitoba
- Applicants with experience (past or current) in Starbucks, Tim Horton’s and any other American brand Cafe would have an advantage.
