How to Register in PNB Online Banking

If you have an account with the Philippine National Bank or PNB and you want to enjoy easy and convenient banking, then you should definitely register in PNB Online Banking.

With today’s online banking technology, you don’t always need to go to the bank personally to check your account balance, pay bills, or send/receive money. You can do almost everything online.

Steps to Register in PNB Online Banking

You can enroll in PNB Online Banking if you have the following accounts with PNB:

  • PNB ATM/Debit Mastercard Savings Accounts
  • PNB Passbook Savings Accounts
  • PNB Checking Accounts
  • PNB Pensioner accounts (SSS/GSIS)
  • PNB Joint/OR Accounts,

Please take note that Corporate and Joint/AND accounts are not eligible to register in PNB Online Banking.

Here’s how to register… 

1. Visit the PNB website at pnb.com.ph. Click Internet Banking Login > Enroll Here > Sign up.

2. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and click Agree.

3. Sign up using an ATM Card or an SMS PIN (this requires Branch Enrollment).

a. Steps to sign up using an ATM Card:

  • Select the type of account to be enrolled. Enter the valid Card Number and PIN. Click Continue.
  • Enter your Login Details and ensure that your mobile number and email address are valid. Click Continue.
  • Your password must be 8 characters (1 uppercase letter, 1 special character, and alphanumeric characters.)
  • Enter the 6-digit OTP or One Time Password (you will receive this on your registered mobile number. Click Continue.
  • You will see a confirmation that your account has been successfully enrolled.

b. Steps to sign up using an SMS PIN (Branch Enrollment):

  • Go to the nearest PNB branch and request for Online Banking Enrollment via SMS PIN. Fill out the Electronic Banking Enrollment Form with your correct details.
  • Enter your account number and the SMS PIN that was sent to your registered mobile number and your mobile number. Click Continue.
  • Enter your correct Login Details. Make sure that your mobile number and email address are active. click Continue.
  • Enter the 6-digit OTP or One Time Password (you will receive this on your registered mobile number. Click Continue.

How to Login to PNB Online Banking

1. Go to PNB’s website at pnb.com.ph/ Click Internet Banking Login, then click Personal Account.

2. Enter your correct Username and Password.

3. For first-time PNB Online Banking users, enter the OAC or Online Activation Code that was sent to your registered e-mail address.  Click Continue.

4. When you’re successfully logged in to PNB Internet Banking, you will be directed to the MY ACCOUNTS page where you can view your account balance.

How to Login to Mobile Banking App

After you enrolled in PNB Online Banking, you may download the PNB Mobile banking App. Once it’s available on your smartphone device, you can now login to the app using the same username and password of your PNB Online Banking Account.

You don’t need to enroll again. Just use the same login credentials and you should be able to do your banking transactions online easily and conveniently with the PNB Mobile Banking App.

Why Register in PNB Online Banking

PNB Online Banking lets you do your banking transactions online. Below are just some of them.

Check PNB Balance Inquiry Online

1. Enter your Username and Password to login to your PNB Online Banking Account at pnb.com.ph.

2. Click Accounts to see your Account Number, Account Type, Account Name, Available Balance, Current Balance, and Currency.

3. To see your PNB Banking Transactions, scroll down the Accounts page.

Add Deposit Accounts

If you have more than one account with PNB and you want to add them up on your PNB Online Banking account, just Login and click Add/Remove Accounts.

Click New Account then Enter the 6-digit one-time password or OTP that you will receive on your registered mobile number.

If you have more than one account, just select your desired accounts from the list of available accounts to be enrolled. Once they’re enrolled, you can now see them in My Accounts.

Transfer Money using PNB Online Banking

With PNB Online Banking, you can transfer money to your own account or to another person or company’s account.

To Transfer Funds to your Own Account:

Just Login and in the Main Menu, click TRANSFERS and choose the source account and the destination or recipien account.

Enter the amount of money to be transferred to the recipient account. Make sure you have enough balance in your account before you transfer money.

To Transfer Funds to 3rd Party Account:

Just Login and in the Main Menu, click TRANSFERS and choose the source account.

Under Other Accounts, click New Payee and enter the 3rd Party Account Number and Name. For future transfers, just click “Save Payee to List”.

Enter the amount of money to be transferred and add remarks. Again, make sure you have enough balance in your account before you transfer money.

You can add more payees or 3rd party account to your PNB Online Banking Account by just following the steps above.

Pay Bills through PNB Online Banking

One of the best things I like about PNB Online Banking is the ability to pay It’s bills online. Before, I used to go to the merchant or bayad center to do this. But with online banking facilities like PNB’s, I can pay my bills anytime and anywhere. It’s really fast and convenient.

So how do you do this?

Just login to your PNB Online Banking Account and in the Main Menu, click Bills and choose the source account. You’ll then see the My Billers field where you need to click NEW BILLER.

Select the Biller Name from the drop down list, then enter the Subscriber or Account Number and Name. Click “Save Biller to List” for future use.

You will receive the OTP on your mobile phone and just enter it to proceed with the payment of your bills. You will receive a confirmation email about your transaction.

    Gentlemen: Will you please inform me if you have establish my SSS account ? I was told it will take around three months and it has been 3 months since my last visit last September 12, 2019. You took my debit card and will be replaced with pin number. I’ll appreciate your help. I need it for my subsistence and X’mas purchases.
