The Pag-IBIG Fund offers the foreclosed property to new buyers at a lower price through public bidding to recover the unpaid loan and generate income for the agency.

If the sale via auction fails for a certain property, it is then put up for negotiated sale in which buyers can get as much as 30% discount.

Pag IBIG Foreclosed Properties Under Negotiated Sale

Interested buyer may select a property from the list and submit Offer to Purchase (OTP) to Pag-IBIG Fund in a sealed envelope.

On scheduled date of opening of offer, the buyer with the highest offer on a specific property shall be declared as the winning buyer.
