If you’re planning to buy a house and lot or any real estate property, this is your chance to see the list of foreclosed properties by Pag-ibig Fund.

Foreclosed Properties for Sale with Discount

For NCR Branch, a public auction for properties with discount will be held on June 14 and 15, 2017 at the 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City

580 units in Cavite (except Tanza) will be available for sale on June 14, while 506 units in Batangas, Bulacan, Laguna, Metro Manila, Rizal and Cavite (Tanza) on June 15.

That’s a total of 1,086 properties to watch out for at the public auction and they’re all based on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” rule. Therefore, it’s your responsibility to inspect the property before tendering your offer.

Foreclosed Properties for Sale without Discount

There are also properties that will be available for public auction but without discount.

  • Tagbilaran Branch – June 1

46 properties will be available for public auction at the 2nd Floor Activity Center, Galleria Luisa Building, Gallares Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

  • Tuguegarao Branch – June 20 & 22

129 properties in Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya will be available for public auction at the Activity Center, Robinsons Place, Santiago City, Isabela.

  • NCR Branch – June 29-30

1,029 properties will be available for public auction for areas in Cavite, Bulacan, Batangas, Laguna, Metro Manila, and Rizal.

  • La Union Branch – July 6

38 acquired residential properties in Ilocos Norte, Abra, La Union, Benguet, Baguio, Dagupan, and Pangasinan will be available for public auction at the Audio Visual Room, 4th Floor, Home Development Mutual Fund Bldg., Govt. Center, Sevilla, San Fernando City.

Requirements to participate in the public auction

Interested buyers should secure copies of the following documents to be submitted to the venue of the public auction.

  • INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS (HQP-AAF-104)
  • OFFER TO BID (HQP-AAF-103)
