Pag-IBIG Foreclosed Properties – August 2017

If you have been looking for your dream house or you want to invest in a real estate property, going to the public auction of Pag-IBIG could be one of your best options.

Why is it a good option to purchase Foreclosed Properties? Well, it’s because most, if not all of these properties are being offered at a more affordable or cheaper price but with the same value as other properties in the market.

If you have the funds or the means to bid for properties during the auction, it would be a good opportunity for you to find great deals on real estate properties.

General Guidelines for Public Auction

Since the properties that are available for public auction are foreclosed or acquired assets, expect that these are sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis. Therefore, you should inspect the properties that you’re interested to buy before tendering your offer.

Also, remember that the Bid Offer shall not be lower than the minimum bid that has been set by Pag-IBIG Fund which you can see in the attached PDF files at the Pag-IBIG website.

Depending on your chosen mode of payment (assuming you won the bidding or you offered the highest bid), you may be given additional discounts. If your mode of payment is Cash, you will be given an additional discount of 20%. If it’s installment, you’ll be given 10% additional discount.
