Qualifications of Housekeepers in Japan
This job hiring is open to Female applicants, 21 years old and above, with at least High School Diploma and 1 year related experience in Housekeeping or as a Domestic Helper.
Applicants are also required to have TESDA NCII Domestic Work Certificate (with Certificate of Completion from the Training Center COC-CAV).
It would be better if you take the actual TESDA Housekeeping Course personally.
You can also take the online course at TESDA for Housekeeping and when you’re ready, you may apply for assessment in any accredited Assessment Centers to get the National Qualification of Housekeeping NC II.
The TESDA Housekeeping NCII Course will help you develop and hone your skills and experience in the following areas:
- providing housekeeping services
- providing valet services
- preparation of guest rooms
- cleaning of public areas and equipment
- doing laundry of linen and guest clothes
- handling intoxicated guests
Other Requirements
Applicants are required to have a valid passport.
Ability to speak in the Japanese language is an advantage, but you may still apply for the Housekeeping Job post even if you don’t speak Nihonggo. You may use the English Language to communicate with other people in Japan and eventually learn Nihonggo while you’re there.
