NCR Properties for Sale (with discount)

It will be on May 10 and May 11, 2017 and it will be held at the 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City.
- On May 10, 196 units will be available for public auction for properties in Cavite (except Tanza).
- On May 11, 232 units will be available for public auction for properties in Cavite (Tanza), Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, and Metro Manila.
NCR Properties for Sale (without discount)
If you’re not available on the above schedules, you can also join the other schedule this month for the public auction of properties without discount.
- On May 17, 144 units will be available for public auction for properties in Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, and Metro Manila.
- On May 24, 701 units will be available for public auction for properties in Cavite.
- On May 25, 613 units will be available for public auction for properties in Bulacan, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, and Metro Manila.
Pag-ibig Foreclosed Properties in other Provinces
For those interested to buy real estate properties outside of NCR, there are also scheduled public auction for the following provinces.
Pampanga Branch
A public auction for foreclosed properties (with discount) will be available at the Jollibee Maimpis Mac Arthur Highway Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on the following schedule.
- On May 5, 364 units will be available for public auction for properties in Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales
La Union Branch
Foreclosed Properties in Pangasinan will be available for public auction this month at the Audio Visual Room, 4th Floor, Home Development Mutual Fund Bldg., Govt. Center, Sevilla, San Fernando City.
- On May 11, 22 units will be available for public auction for properties in Pangasinan.
Calamba Branch
The public auction will be held at the Bugong Bistro ALX Building, National Highway, Brgy. Halang, Calamba City, Laguna.
- On May 12, 190 units will be available for public auction for properties in Batangas, Laguna, Quezon, and Mindoro.
Davao Branch
The public auction will be held at the Jollibee GenSan Party Area, National Hiway, General Santos City.
- On May 19, 40 units will be available for public auction for properties in General Santos, Polomolok, Koronadal, Surallah, and T’Boli.
If you are into real estate buy and sell business and you want to avail of higher discounts ranging from 40% to 45%, you can avail of this if you purchase properties with a minimum gross selling price amounting to Php 10,000,000.00 and above.
