What to do when contacting SSS OFW Contact Services Unit?

The SSS staff are handling hundreds or even thousands of inquiries daily.

Make sure you prepare the following info before contacting them.

  • 10-digit SS number
  • contact information
  • complete details of your request/concern

If you prefer to contact SSS OFW-CSU via email, you need to attach a clear copy/ies of your SSS ID (if any) or valid IDs (with photo and signature) for reference. Indicate in the subject field: Thru Facebook.

Why Contact SSS?

You can contact the SSS OFW Contact Services Unit (CSU) for your different concerns including:

  • queries on procedures on applying for social security number
  • reactivation of SSS membership
  • verification of contribution and loan records
  • status of loan and other applications
  • location of SSS foreign representative offices

    Th e-mail addresses ofw.relations@sss.gov.ph is not working. Please send me one that works. I am in Los Angeles, CA US and needs to renew ACOP. The telephone do not work at 213 432 7402. Please provide me addresses that currently works.

    Jan.04,2024 I went home to the Phil.And filed ACOP in person.The Officer in Robinson SSS branch, told me to contact SSS befoe my Birthday (March 20) because it was too early.The problem is the OFW-CSU HOTLINES (+63 2364 7796 and 98 does not work. Operator say “The int’l call cannot be connected,check the nos. again .Tried it several times in vain. Just need to know if the Form(ACOP) I submitted is OK for 2024?
