How to Check your SSS Contribution and Loan Balance Online

Are you a member of the Philippine Social Security System?

Do you want to know how you can check your SSS contributions without going to the SSS office or branch?

Or do you have an existing loan with SSS and do you want to know how much your current balance is?

Don’t worry, in this article, I’ll share with you the steps on how to do these.

How to Check your SSS Contributions Online 

1. Go to https://www.sss.gov.ph. Under Member Login, enter your User ID and Password, then click Submit.

Tip: If you’re using a desktop or laptop, I suggest you use Internet Explorer because it’s the best and easiest way to access your SSS account online.

2. Once you’re logged in, point your mouse cursor to E-Services and click Inquiry. Your member details will appear on the page.

3. Point your mouse cursor to Member Info, then click Actual Premiums to view your SSS contributions.

4. A table of your SSS contributions will appear on the screen together with the summary of the total number and amount of your contributions.

The SSS online facility is very useful because it allows us to check our SSS contribution easily and conveniently. We don’t need to go the SSS office to do this.

How to Check your SSS Loan Balance and Statement of Account

1. Go to https://www.sss.gov.ph. Under Member Login, enter your User ID and Password, then click Submit.

2. Once you’re logged in, point your mouse cursor to E-Services and click Inquiry. Your member details will appear on the page.

3. Point your mouse cursor to Loans, then click Loan Status/Loan Info.

4. Under the List of Availed Loan, click your existing loan. In this example, it’s the Salary Loan.

5. Click Statement of Account & Loan Payments

6. Your Statement of Account with your loan details and payments will be shown on the screen.

This is where you can check if your loan payments have been posted and how much your remaining loan balance is.

It’s important that you keep your payment receipts so that you have something to show as proof of payment in case posting issues occur.

Tip: Try accessing the SSS website during weeknights or weekends. Oftentimes it works since only fewer people access the site outside of office hours.
